McCartan Turkington Breen Solicitors relocate to new premises and introduce a new fully managed print solution

Background

McCartan Turkington Breen is one of the leading solicitor practices in Northern Ireland. Located in the heart of Belfast’s legal district, the practice has been providing a full range of legal services to individuals and businesses since 1977.

The Challenge

With their move to new premises on Gloucester Street, Belfast, McCartan Turkington Breen required a new managed print solution that would build on the foundations of the print solution already in place. They wanted to implement a new printing culture with a focus on an overall reduction in their print volumes and security of what was being printed within the office.

The Solution

Calvert proposed a completely refreshed managed print solution which involved the installation of new MFP’s and the implementation of PaperCut software. In itself, this saw a significant reduction in their costs, and has further offered them ‘Follow-Me’ print functionality allowing users to collect print jobs from any device in the building whilst maintaining the requirement for secure print release via PIN codes.

After a few weeks of using the new system, we asked McCartan Turkington Breen to tell us how they have been finding it. This is what they said:
